我經常幫同學們修改投稿文件或是論文，為了讓你們知道我修改了哪些內容，我會將文件的「追蹤修訂」功能打開，這樣你可以很清楚知道文件哪些內容被修改了。
不過，同學們拿到修改的文件後卻不知道如何處理，可能要問別人或是試了很久才可以稿定。
我想許多人也會遇到同樣的情形，因此，將Word的文件「追蹤修訂」功能之用法，簡要的說明pdf檔，希望可以減少大家摸索的時間。
